You do. You keep the relationship with your own client and invoice them yourself. We have exactly one debtor: you. We never contact your clients directly unless you ask us to.

Yes. We usually start co-branded (“in partnership with [your agency]”), but fully white-label — your logo on the report and portal, without the SiteOptima brand — is possible too. That's part of the intro call.

Every report is human-reviewed before it can go to your client. In practice you have an approved PDF within a few working days of your request. You see the status live in the partner portal.

No. No setup fee and no long-term contract — you only pay for what you use. The monthly monitoring per client is cancellable monthly. We do sign a data-processing agreement (GDPR), because the client data lives with us.
